FLAGFALL

LAST UPDATED · 25 OCTOBER 2026

Website terms.

These terms cover the FlagFall promotional website at flagfall.uk. The game is in development; this site does not currently sell products, take payments, offer accounts or host user uploads.

1. Who operates this website?

The website is operated by James Ian Colby trading as Polyphasic Developers, a sole trader based in Lincoln, United Kingdom. Polyphasic Developers is a trading name, not a limited company. The business is not VAT registered.

Email [email protected] for website enquiries, complaints, accessibility problems, privacy requests or rights concerns. Please include the relevant page address and enough detail to help investigate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. What these terms cover.

These terms explain permitted use of this website and the notices that apply to its content. They do not create a purchase, subscription or game account. They do not replace the licence, store terms or other information supplied with any future game download. Browsing this site does not give consent to analytics or future advertising.

3. Development information.

Features, supported devices, release plans and artwork may change as development continues. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and distinguish current development features from future plans. Screenshots and video are staged captures from development builds, as labelled on the relevant pages. They are not a guarantee of final performance on every device.

No release date or download is currently offered here. The planned game model is free access to all features, supported by advertising, with one lifetime purchase whose only benefit is removing ads. Any future offer will explain its actual terms before you obtain it.

4. Using the site and its content.

You may browse, link to and share links to our public pages. Copyright and other rights in site materials remain with their respective owners. Any use allowed by law, including applicable quotation, criticism and review exceptions, is unaffected. For other reproduction or commercial use of artwork, recordings or substantial site content, contact us for permission.

Do not use the site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, deliberately disrupt its operation, impersonate the operator, or infringe another person’s rights. This does not prevent lawful accessibility tools or ordinary search-engine indexing.

5. Other websites and services.

Links to the studio website, Apple, Google or other services take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply their endorsement of FlagFall. Apple platform names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Privacy and cookies.

Our privacy policy explains personal information use, contact details and your rights. Our cookie notice explains browser storage. Google Analytics is optional and starts only after you accept it. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice without losing access to site content.

7. Availability and your rights.

We aim to provide an accurate, accessible and secure website. Maintenance, faults or changes may interrupt access; we will take reasonable steps to address problems brought to our attention. Please report inaccurate information or technical issues using the contact above.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims, a financial liability cap, or an obligation to compensate us for ordinary use of the website.

8. Changes and disputes.

We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the site or law and will show the revised date on this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. Please contact us first if you would like us to investigate a complaint; this does not restrict your right to seek a remedy elsewhere.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply to you.
