Cookies and analytics.
You can use the entire FlagFall website without accepting analytics. This notice covers cookies and similar browser storage on flagfall.uk.
Your choice.
Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the privacy banner. Both choices are equally available. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice later. We do not interpret scrolling, browsing or accepting website terms as consent.
Before acceptance, the site does not load the Google Analytics tag or send analytics requests to Google. Rejecting analytics stops collection, clears accessible analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page when needed. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.
What the site stores.
| Storage | Purpose | Duration | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|
| flagfall_analytics_consent_v1 | Local storage used by FlagFall to remember your analytics choice. | 180 days; replaced when you choose again. | Necessary to remember your preference; no analytics identifier. |
| _ga | First-party Google Analytics cookie that distinguishes browsers. | Up to 90 days from creation. | Optional; only after acceptance. |
| _ga_FKC314S24W (and _ga_* cookies) | First-party Google Analytics session measurement. | Up to 90 days from creation. | Optional; only after acceptance. |
Browsers may shorten these periods or block storage. If storage is unavailable, your choice may not survive navigation. Deleting site data removes the stored preference, so we will ask again.
What analytics measures.
Google Analytics 4 measures visits, traffic sources, approximate location, device/browser information and interactions such as teaser playback, screenshots and feature selections. It uses pseudonymous identifiers; this is not a claim that all analytics data is anonymous. We do not send your name, email, game saves or Game Center identity.
Advertising consent remains denied; our tag disables Google signals and advertising personalisation. There are no advertising pixels or session recordings on this website. See the privacy policy for purposes, recipients, retention and your rights, and Google’s explanation of partner-site data use.
Hosting and security.
The site uses Surge hosting and Cloudflare delivery. They process network requests to deliver and protect the site, even when analytics is rejected. Security challenges may use necessary storage when triggered. The list above describes storage set by our site code; provider protections can depend on the request. Video and images are served as site files, without embedded third-party players.
Contact and updates.
This website is operated by James Ian Colby trading as Polyphasic Developers. Email [email protected] with questions. We will update this notice and seek a new choice before materially changing the optional tracking purposes covered by your consent.
